The elegance of Riva del Garda

Riva del Garda is our neighbouring town, within easy walking distance along the lake.
Here, the architecture and atmosphere change: the centre reflects the Venetian style, with large, colourful squares.

Among the must-see attractions are the Rocca, an ancient fortress on the water, and the Apponale Tower which towers over the harbor.

Riva is the perfect place to get lost in the narrow streets, browse the stores or stop for an aperitif or dinner at one of the many restaurants in the center.

Sirmione, the pearl of the lower lake

Sirmione is a stop we recommend for discover the lower lake.

It rises on a peninsula that enters the water, guarded by the Rocca Scaligera, a castle that welcomes visitors right at the entrance to the village.

A pleasant walk through the historic center leads to the Grottoes of Catullus, remains of an ancient Roman villa nestled among olive trees, the ideal spot to enjoy a walk through history.

By boat to Malcesine and Limone sul Garda

The Hotel Villa Claudia’s proximity to the boat landing stage means you can easily visit the many villages around Lake Garda without having to drive.

You can reach Limone sul Garda, famous for its historic lemon houses overlooking the water, or Malcesine, on the Venetian shore, dominated by the Scaliger Castle and the cable car that climbs Mount Baldo.
