Our website offers three rates, each with its own booking and cancellation policies: non-refundable rate, semiflex rate, and flexible rate.
The city tax of €2.00 per person per day is not included and must be paid at the hotel.
- The non-refundable rate is the most affordable option, with a 10% discount. It’s ideal for guests with definite travel plans who don’t anticipate any changes. It requires payment for the entire stay. In the event of cancellation, no refund will be issued.
- The Semiflex rate offers an 8% discount, making it one of the most affordable options available. This rate can only be booked on our website and allows for a one-time change up to 15 days before arrival. It requires a 30% deposit at the time of booking. Ideal for those who want to maintain some flexibility while enjoying an affordable price. In case of cancellation, a 30% penalty applies.
- The flexible rate does not require any advance payment. No charges will be made prior to arrival; a credit card is required only to guarantee the reservation. Payment is due at the hotel before departure. Cancellation policies vary depending on the period— of 3, 7, or 14 days—so please always check before booking. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the cost of the first night will be charged.
